New features for Tassomai teachers

Learn more about Tassomai’s new data-driven weekly reports for teachers, our dashboards for senior leaders and a change to our binary quiz-question format. Teacher can also sign up for a training webinar on 30th January. Details at the end of this blog post.

Weekly Teacher Reports

On Monday, all Tassomai teachers should have received their first Teacher Report email.

These personalised, data-driven summaries provide teachers with a snapshot of their students' activity on Tassomai, highlighting insights from Teacher Dashboards that we think teachers will find particularly interesting.

Reports highlight “good news”, like high Daily Goal completion, or a student achieving mastery in a subject. They also point out anything concerning that a teacher might want to address.

Dashboards for Senior Leaders

This week we also launched our SLT Dashboard. Senior leaders will now receive a weekly email providing a snapshot of Tassomai usage patterns across their school and reminding them to check-in on the SLT Dashboard for a more detailed view.

The new dashboard makes it easier for SLT members to understand how students and teachers are using the platform, supporting them to drive better implementation and deeper engagement.

The dynamic nature of the dashboard empowers SLT to explore it based on their individual needs - whether that's analysing data by subject, tracking specific metrics, or comparing points of interest.

Binary Questions

There’s now a new way for students to view and engage with our ‘Binary Question’ format questions.

‘Binary Questions’, are ones where there are two blanks to fill in, each with two choices. In the new format we now show 2 buttons for each option. You can see how this works in the example shown below.

We think this change to the format will make these questions more readable, and make quizzes more engaging for learners. We hope teachers will also appreciate the added variety.
