About Tassomai’s Free 7-Day Trial for Private Subscribers

Tassomai invites parents and learners to put the program to the test for themselves with a free 7-day trial.

Free trial

How does Tassomai’s free trial work?

  • Parents and guardians or any account “overseers” can create an account online at www.tassomai.com/families. They can then set up a “learner” account for their child (or children).

  • Each new “learner” gets 7 days to try Tassomai (with full access) before payment is taken for that learner’s monthly subscription.

  • Overseers will get sent a series of onboarding emails to help them and their learner(s) make the most of Tassomai.

  • Note that the overseer’s bank account will automatically be charged with the monthly subscription amount at the end of the 7-day trial period. The overseer must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period if they do not want to continue with a paid Tassomai subscription.

  • To cancel before the end of the trial period, the overseer can log-in to their parent dashboard and cancel the active subscription for the learner, or they can call Tassomai on 020 3380 7968 during office hours.

N.B. This trial is for new private subscribers only, if you’re a teacher and you want to set up a free 3-week trial for your school click here.

Some tips for making the most of your free 7-day trial

Within their “overseer account”, parents can manage their child’s subscription, monitor usage, cancel a trial (or an active subscription) and see how many days they have left of their free trial.

Parents can manage their subscriptions through the Parent Dashboard online or via the Tassomai app.

  • Parents can activate as many subjects as they want during the trial period and the learner will see a mix of content relating to each of them, however we suggest starting with 1 (or maximum 2) subjects initially while you and your child are trying Tassomai out. It’s easy to add more subjects at a later date. You can read more about managing multiple subjects here.

  • Tassomai is all about working “little and often”, so we encourage students to download the Tassomai app (available for Apple or Android phones) and use the program in short bursts throughout the week, typically aiming to complete their Daily Goals for each active subject.

  • Bear in mind that Tassomai will show the learner some fairly easy quizzes initially, this helps the algorithm work out what a learner does and doesn't know. The program finds the right level over time with regular usage.

  • Parents should take a look at their parent dashboard to explore features like the Tree, an interactive way to watch a learner’s knowledge grow the more they use Tassomai.

  • We encourage parents to try Mai, Tassomai’s amazing new AI-powered tutor, with their child. Mai can help when a learner is stuck on a question or explain an error when a learner makes a mistake. It’s like having a private tutor on call 24/7!

When you start your free trial you’ll be sent a welcome email to help you and your child get started along with some helpful tips during your trial week.

If you’re a teacher, your school can trial Tassomai for 3 weeks.
