Setting up your students: Is your school connected to Wonde?
YES! We’re connected and ready to go
Great! If you’re connected with us through Wonde, this means we have synced with your school’s MIS to create student accounts that match your school records.
For the 24/25 academic year, existing Tassomai students’ accounts will have been assigned to a set of year group-based ‘holding forms’ until your school’s Setup Form has been received.
Once new students’ accounts are created they will also be assigned to ‘holding forms’.
Once the Setup Form has been processed, you will be able to see all available classes in your Teacher Dashboard, initially these will be empty. For each class you will be shown a list of likely candidate classes based on information from your school’s MIS. You can then choose one or more of these to match with the class on your Dashboard. The class on your Dashboard will then populate with the students from the MIS class and remove them from the holding form, completing the setup for that class!
Note that for a Wonde setup to run smoothly a school’s learner/class data must be up to date on the MIS as this is where Tassomai imports the data from.
The log in process for students
For students who are NEW to Tassomai (i.e. they don’t have an account from a previous year):
Students should log in here with Google, Microsoft or Wonde/MyLogin Single Sign-On (SSO) where available. Alternatively they can use their school email address (the one that the school has for them on the MIS) and the password for them their teachers have been sent via email. When your students log in they will be forced to create their own password and then they can start quizzing!
For students who used Tassomai last year or already have an account:
These students should log in here using their existing login details. Ideally they will already be using Wonde Single Sign-On, Google or Microsoft to log in.
If a student has forgotten their password there is a ‘forgot password’ option on the log in page, or a teacher can update a student’s password for them by going to the student’s ‘Settings’ when logged in to the Teacher Dashboard.
**if you are connected with us through Wonde please do not ask any students to create their accounts using your school’s code before getting in touch with us first, as this can result in duplicate accounts**
